piano & arrangements
Pianist, composer and improviser, Cyrille Lehn studied at the Conservatoire de Paris, alongside Jean-Claude Raynaud, Thierry Escaich and Jean-François Zygel. He won five first awards (Harmony, Counterpoint, Fugue, Orchestration, Improvisation).
His affinities with jazz pushed him to study at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Passionate by the art of improvisation, which he likes to mix with classical repertoire as well as other disciplines, he regularly works with lyrical or song singers (Hélène Delavault, Natalie Dessay, Karine Deshayes, Jean-Philippe Lafont, Anne Sylvestre, Serge Hureau…), dancers (Philippe Decouflé) and musicians from diverse horizons.
He also accompanies silent films (Musée d’Orsay, Musée du Louvre, Centre Pompidou…).
Cyrille Lehn is a harmony and arrangement professor at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris.
