Claudia Muschio was born in Brescia and graduated with distinction from the G. Frescobaldi Conservatory in Ferrara. She made her debut in 2017 as Pamina in Mozart’s La Flûte Enchantée at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples.
In the 2024-2025 season, Claudia Muschio makes her highly anticipated debut at the New National Theatre in Tokyo, as Amina in La Sonnambula. She also performs Pamina and Gilda in Stuttgart.
Among her recent engagements, Claudia made highly successful debuts as Nannetta in Verdi’s Falstaff and Adina in a new production of Donizetti’s L’Elisir d’amore.
Other notable engagements include Rosina in Rossini’s Il Barbiere di Siviglia at the Teatro Comunale Luciano Pavarotti in Modena, the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro, and the Teatro Lirico in Cagliari. In the 2020/21 season, Claudia Muschio became a permanent member of the ensemble of the Stuttgart State Opera, where she made her role debuts as Zerlina in Mozart’s Don Giovanni, as well as Le Feu and La Princesse in Ravel’s L’enfant et les sortilèges, among others.
