Metropolis by Fritz Lang, with Quentin Guérillot, organist of the Basilica, on the Cavaillé-Coll organ, on Saturday June 7 at 8:30 p.m. in the Saint-Denis Cathedral Basilica

Partnership with the Saint-Denis media library:

• Loan of equipment for Sunday daycare (trunk of books and furniture)
• Presentation of the Saint-Denis Festival at the Media Library
• Workshop for the general public for the concert La vie de Fanny Mendelssohn on May 21, 2025 intended for families
• Competition for users of the media library to win tickets for the Festival
• Selection of documents related to the program (books, CDs)
• Communication relay on the Festival and in particular on the musical workshops for children on Sundays

• Invitations to concerts in the Basilica and at the Maison d’éducation de la Légion d’honneur financed by solidarity ticketing
Since 2021, the Festival de Saint-Denis has been setting up solidarity ticketing. The principle is simple: each spectator now has the possibility of buying a ticket to allow a beneficiary of a local association to attend a Festival concert in the Basilica of Saint-Denis.

• Projet champ social 2025 with Les Épopées (dir. Stéphane Fuget)
Course linked to the theme “Inhabiting the world”, according to the philosophy of the writer Bruno Latour
Participating structures: Maison des seniors de Saint-Denis, Restos du cœur 93 (to be confirmed)
Stages: Sound creation workshops, writing, etc.; restitution of the project
• Invitations to the open dress rehearsals of the Saint-Denis Festival in the Basilica (more info at the bottom of the page)

Since 2024, the Festival has set up a daycare for children whose parents attend the Sunday afternoon concerts at the Maison d’éducation de la Légion d’honneur. During the concert, children are welcomed by professional animators and attend a short musical awakening show, specially designed for them. The rest of the time is devoted to play, in particular thanks to the equipment lent by our partners:
• Trunk of books and furniture lent by the Médiathèque de Saint-Denis
• Construction games lent by the association Suivez la flèche

• May 25 at 5 p.m. for 3-5 year olds
• June 15 & 22 at 5 p.m. for 3-7 year olds

VOLUNTEERS : FESTIVAL REPRESENTATIVES AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Since its creation, the Festival has been able to count on the participation of a large number of volunteers (around 150 people) during the Festival period, two thirds of whom are from Saint-Denis.

Throughout the year, volunteers relay the Festival’s programming and news to local residents, and welcome the public on concert evenings.

Several meetings are organized for them throughout the year.
